Testing
We follow the requirements of ISO 9001 to establish our completed quality-check system. Therefore, we are able to make sure all details can be monitored no matter on incoming or outputting check.
Incoming Check
Incoming Check – All materials and components must be checked in accordance with related standards. Most of the key components must have certificate from vendor, and must be double checked by our QC staffs. The key points are:

◆ Standards of dimensions and tolerance
◆ Characteristic of materials
Productions Check
Productions Check – We use two methods: the fully inspection on production line and random inspection after production. The key points are:
◆ Leaking test
◆ Pressure test
◆ Temperature test
◆ Frequency test
Outputting Check
Outputting Check – We check every lot of our products in accordance with standards and individual customer’s requirements. The key points are:
◆ Functions test
◆ Treatment test
◆ Packaging check
